I am a higher education consultant for organizational strategies and change management at Berinfor. I specialize in the design of learning experiences and cross-media storytelling, with fifteen years experience in digital publishing and strategic communication.
As a researcher, I focus on the impact of emergent forms of digital and blended learning on knowledge organizations. I was Senior Fellow Digital Learning at University of St Gallen’s Teaching Innovation Lab and a research assistant at the Institute for Systemic Management and Public Governance (IMP-HSG).
On campus, I teach courses on Digital Storytelling and Media Production , currently in the Leadership Skills-Program at the University of St. Gallen and at Leuphana College. Previously I have also taught at University of Zurich and Free University Berlin.
I am a member of the working group “Internationalization and Marketing” in Germany’s national Forum for Digitization in Higher Education and co-authored the Whitepaper “Potentials and problems with MOOC in German Higher Education” on behalf of the commission “New Media and Knowledge Transfer” of the German Rector’s Conference. I am a member of the Global Open Education Graduate network (Go-GN) and have worked as a research associate at the Centre for Digital Cultures of Leuphana University and the Leuphana Digital School.
